Booking Terms

•Bookings are confirmed only after receiving payment via the Revolut link sent by the host.
•Minimum stay is 7 nights.
•The price is 120 EUR per night, including all utilities, WiFi, linens, towels, and garage.
•After submitting a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
•The booking is not guaranteed until full payment has been received.

Payment Terms

•Payment is accepted exclusively via Revolut.
•Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
•The payment link will be sent to you via email after your booking is confirmed by the host.
•Car rental is an additional service and is charged separately.

Cancellation Policy

•Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in date.
•Cancellations between 14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
•Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in: no refund.
•In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss options.

House Rules

•Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM.
•No smoking inside the apartment.
•Pets allowed upon prior request only.
•Maximum 4 guests.
•Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
•Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
•Please leave the apartment in the condition you found it.

Liability

The host is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests' belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance. The host reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund in case of violation of house rules.
